We set up an in-house event agency for THE SQUAIRE, Frankfurt — one of Europe's most recognised mixed-use office destinations. Multiple large-scale events delivered, new revenue streams gained and visibility unlocked for the asset.

We launched THE SQR Social Club, a tenant retention program, where we established event formats and an internal communication structure to improve the quality of stays and deliver consistent opportunities for social media engagement.

AI HUB FRANKFURT RHEIN-MAIN
We placed one of Europe's biggest AI B2B events at THE SQUAIRE, utilising 5,000 sqm across the venue. Full spatial concept and end-to-end event production for ~5,000 visitors across 4 days. AI Week 2026 in planning.

We conducted a due diligence of a planned mixed-use extension, identified critical risks, and realigned the entire planning process. We brought the architectural concept and operating model into one coherent system that combines sports, longevity, and hospitality.

We developed a positioning and visibility strategy for Seehotel Niedernberg, a unique property with 115 rooms spanning 66,000 square meters of lakeside space. We redefined the target audience and implemented a comprehensive social media and content strategy across all channels.
